$200 per Lot/yr

Lot owners may pay $50 per Quarter as follows:

$50  January 15  
$50  April 15  
$50  July 15
$50  October 15

Unpaid Assessments are subject to 10% late fee and then 18% interest until paid.  Any Assessment unpaid after 15 days shall be subject to collection by an attorney with all costs of that action being charged to the Lot owner.  Invoices were mailed 12/2/07 to the last known address of record.
